Concept Design and Design Development

The initial phase in the process of Architectural design, Interior design or Graphic design project. Whichever you need, it begins with an input that client provides: knowing client's needs and preferences is crucial. Schematic design is the first step on the path to Concept design and, usually, contains hand drawn sketches.

Concept Design project contains all data approved for further development: all floor plans (architectural and furniture if AD, plus fixtures, floor covering and reflected ceiling if ID) and all elevations (exterior if AD, and interior if ID).
